For those wishing to attend the Boot Camps in February, you will need to fill out the form below and bring it along with you on the day.
You can also drop the form into your local MTM store.

Q. What should I wear and bring?
A. Wear clothes your comfortable being active in, also bring a towel and water bottle

A. Learn ways to be active and exercise in a way thats suited to you

Q. What level of fitness do I need?
A. Any level, we are running these boot camps to help you get started with your active lifestyle, no matter your level of fitness, we welcome all our One Tonne Challenge members to come along
